Rebecca is a dynamic and highly accomplished Property Manager with over 6 years experience in the field. She prides herself on a high level of customer service and professionalism, is competent in all aspects of day-to-day management and is responsible for trust accounting and audit requirements. Rebecca, with the assistance of a dedicated Property Management Assistant, guarantees landlords are ensured the best return and maintenance of their investment. Rebecca’s commitment to ongoing learning and professional development has seen her gain qualifications not only in Property Management but also Sales Representatives registration, Business Management accreditation and Real Estate Triennial Certificate License. Rebecca is an active community member, investor and resident of the area having spent her childhood years in Yanchep due to her family’s long time involvement in the local cray fishing industry.

Mindy Bryan

Assistant Property Manager

Mindy started her journey into the real estate industry, as a receptionist in 2000. She was soon promoted to position of Assistant Property Manager, which she enjoyed thoroughly due to the variety of tasks involved with the job. This position taught Mindy the essential cornerstones of property management, such as time management, prioritising and excellent customer service – all skills which she has transferred and improved throughout her career.

Mindy went on to extend her experience, with various Property Management & Real Estate Sales Administration roles, and 1 year experience in the Building industry (administration roles at Dale Alcock Homes & Summit Homes) – until March 2006 when she obtained her REIWA Property Management License, and commenced developing & managing her own portfolio. Mindy’s most recent position was with a boutique real estate agency, where she capably managed her own portfolio of approx. 100 properties in Subiaco and the surrounding Western suburbs. Mindy is excited to now be working in the Yanchep / Two Rocks area with the John Bloomfield team, and looks forward to enjoying the wonderful lifestyle that this area has to offer; all whilst providing professional friendly customer service to our landlords and tenants throughout the coming years!

Kelli Royston-Ing

Sales Consultant

Kelli came to Two Rocks in 2000 as an investor. In 2001 her daughter Billi was born - then it all became about lifestyle, which is certainly what the area offers. Leaving behind the 'hussle & bussle' of working as a state manager for a clothing company, Kelli switched to a career of peace and serenity as a Sales Representative.

Yanchep has the state's oldest National Park, plus pristine Lagoon Beach & Sun City Golf Course. Kelli's success in the industry is due to sincerity with her customers, her integrity and communication skills coupled with a bubbling personality.

Kerry has been involved in the real estate industry since 1988, predominantly selling in the ‘western suburbs, 8 and a half years with the high profile boutique Mack Hall and Associates as their only female sales consultant.

Kerry first became entranced with Yanchep in the 1980’s (Alan Bond days), bought a property in the old lagoon in 2003, mobbing permanently into her home in 2007.

John Bloomfield

Principal

As the principal and sole-proprietor of the business, John extends the highest level of service, both professionally and personally to his clients. John originated Real Estate in the area when he first began operating out of his beach shack on the sand dunes of Yanchep Lagoon beach 35 years ago. Since then John has remained a well respected figure in the community with extensive involvement in sponsorship for local senior and junior sporting teams and of course is a regular on the golf course and can often be spotted reeling in a big Dhufish!
